We are located in the Village of Manchester, only three miles from the Hill Cumorah site. We are also only 5 miles to Canandaigua and Farmington which have grocery stores and many restaurants, as well as Canandaigua Lake. In the Village of Manchester there is a small grocery store, two gas stations, as well as many sit down or fast food restaurants.
Linens for all beds and one air mattress are included along with a towel for each renter.
Wifi is also available. We have a pack and play, toddler bed, highchair, baby bouncy seat, toddler toys, and girl toys that could be used for no additional fee.
We do have a dog so if anyone in the party has allergies we suggest bringing allergy medications and/or having that person sleep on the 3rd floor, as the dog is infrequently up there.
We require a security deposit, price dependent on the length of your stay and number of people in your party.
Non-refundable down payment is $1000 for whole house rental for entire rental period, $500 for weekly rental of whole house, for other stays, it is dependent upon your rental period. Remaining amount due 30-45 days prior to rental. We have a rental contract for the protection of all parties involved, and will fax it to you for signatures.
We have been asked for many different rental options so here are a few:
Entire house for length of pageant (for actors, etc) $5000
Entire house for a week $2500
Entire house (minimum of 2 nights) $400-600 per night
Top Floor for length of pageant $2500
Second Floor for length of pageant $3000
Top floor (2 bedrooms-sleeping accomodations for up to 8 including air mattresses, full bath, shared common areas) $250 per night
2nd floor (3 bedrooms - sleeping accomodations for up to 10 including air mattresses, 2 full baths, shared common areas) $325 per night
